Availability

I love my clients, and I want to give them the very best photography experience possible, with the best results. For this reason I limit the number of weddings I book each month. This allows me to devote my attention to every single wedding I photography without having to rush the final product.

Booking

Whenever possible I like to meet with my clients beforehand so we can see if we are a good fit for each other, and go over all the basics. If you decide to book I charge a $250 retainer along with signed contract to put your date on the calendar.

Style

My style falls somewhere in the space between photojournalism, traditional and modern photography. I love to capture true, unposed moments as they happen. I love emotion, color and light. If requested I do posed traditional formals, but I love it when a couple is willing to step outside the box.

Equipment

I use only professional, top quality Canon digital cameras, lenses and flashes.

Can I print my wedding photos myself?

If your package includes the high resolution DVD or you purchase it seperately you will recieve a print release that allows you to print your own photos. However, quality of third party prints cannot be guarenteed by Square Apple Studio.

How long are prices guareteed?

Prices are subject to change at any time. However, upon booking, your prices are guarenteed for six months after your contracted wedding date.

Travel

We regularly serve the cities of Berea, Richmond, Lexington, Danville, Covington, and Louisville, Kentucky, as well as the Greater Cincinatti, Oh area. If your wedding is outside of this general region, email us to find out if we can travel there.

What if my wedding runs longer than my booked time, will you stay?

Of course! However, we are there for more than 30 minutes you will be billed for the overage and no proofs will be posted until overtime charge is paid. Overtime is $125 and hour, same as the regular hourly rate.

Can I create a custom package?

Absoutely. This is your day, get it however you like. If you want something not listed in the pricing information just shoot me an email, I'd be glad to give you a custom quote!
